re: your comment about dubai...it isn't a scary place. dubai is actually the most liberated city among all the arab countries! they are not that strict with the way you dress, well except during ramadan of course! most western people loved it there!
try visiting you friend! she surely got a nice place, knowing what emirates is like. you will surely have a blast in dubai, especially shopping|!
convince hubby to go there, you won't regret it! we've been there for 2 years and i just can't wait to get back!
Hmm I don't know. I think hubby is afraid that the US gov't. would think negative on me if I visit a muslim country. I'll tell hubby about what you said. We'll see of what will happen next. Thanks for informing bout Dubai. :)
